Why use an online tour?

Real estate video tours are an excellent way to highlight the unique features lifestyle and location aspects of a property They also describe the scale, lighting and spatial qualities of a home much more accurately.

Which package is right for me or my client?

Package choice is often driven by budget, duration and features. Our packages outline a recommended property size that suits its particular duration and expected time on location, these factors and inclusions such as DVDs should also be considered.

As an agent what do I need to prepare before filming?

As with anything, good preparation is always a great advantage. We recommend you write down notes detailing the key features of the property, an intro welcoming the viewer and a closing statement, and that you have a good knowledge of the suburb, surrounding areas and the relevant lifestyle attractions. Our directors are always at hand to help with ideas if needed.

When will my film be ready for approval?

You will receive an approval version of your video within 24 hours of your actual production.

How can I distribute the final film link and how long will it stream for?

Once you or your office have approved the film, the final film link can be emailed or inserted easily into sites like realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, myhome.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au, just like any other web address. Your final video link will stream online from our dedicated servers for the duration of property sale or for a maximum of 12 months.

Will my film load quickly, I hate waiting for the buffering

Your film will load very quickly, none of the slow waiting times and buffering that happens with other companies. We have lightning fast delivery. Ask us to send you a link to see how it works.

What is a podcast?

A podcast is an iTunes quicktime video listing that can be subscribed to and downloaded directly to a potential buyer or vendors computer for viewing of a video tour locally. We can create a podcast site for your company upon request. Now anyone with an iphone can view anywhere.

Can I get DVDs with any package?

Yes. DVDs can be produced with custom designs logos, photographs, contact info and packaging to accompany any film package or production.

What if the weather is bad on the day of filming?

Sometimes we do get bad weather even in Queensland! We can usually shoot around the weather. We have heaps of great stock footage from areas and suburbs and can still make the property look great. However if you think the property will suffer, please call us at least 3 hours before your scheduled booking time to reschedule.

How much notice do I need to move a scheduled booking?

We normally require a minimum 3 hours notice to reschedule a filming shoot. If cancelling a booking altogether then we normally require a minimum 24 hours notice. This is both to avoid any cancellation fees and as a courtesy to other clients who want to make a booking.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes. If you need to cancel a booking entirely and do not intend to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking time then a $100 flat fee will apply.

Why do I need a client / agent login?

We provide you with an individual client login so that you can access our custom built approval and streaming system. With a login you can send us your feedback, change your details, approve jobs online, check your listing films, even add your own photo. All from an easy to use interface.

My agent login is not working, what should I do?

Sometimes clients may forget their passwords If this happens, just give us a call and we can resend or reset your password or look into how we can work to resolve your issue quickly.

What exactly are agent and agency profiles?

Agent and Agency profiles are a great way to market you and your business and increase your sales brand and profile. You gain great exposure thus increasing vendors and sellers awareness.
